Nadia de Araujo is a recognized expert in the fields of International Law and Arbitration, both in Brazil and abroad. Author of one of the main private international law books of the country and professor at Rio de Janeiro Pontifical Catholic University since 1985, her work is used as a source of doctrinal arguments and is widely quoted in the decisions of Brazilian judges, including the higher courts. Her practice at Rio de Janeiro Prosecutors’ Office for more than 25 years adds to her academic expertise the required experience to offer answers which steer clients toward the best legal path to solve their issues.
Lidia Spitz has a Master’s in International Law and is currently enrolled at the PhD Programme at State University of Rio de Janeiro (“Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro”). She is the author of specialized books and articles. She has worked for over seven years in the areas of corporate law and civil law.
Carolina Noronha is currently enrolled at the Master’s Programme at State University of Rio de Janeiro (“Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro”). She has worked for seven years in the areas of corporate law, M&A, and contracts.
